The warranty period of operation for the Goods begins from the moment of sale of the Goods and ends on the 45th calendar day from the date of purchase. If there is a document confirming the purchase of goods, the Buyer, if necessary, contact the customer service of the store. The guarantee extends to the defects of the Goods that arose due to the fault of the Manufacturer, taking into account the terms stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine. The warranty period of operation increases for the duration of the stay of the Goods (products) in the repair. The applicable laws of the Seller’s country govern all warranty conditions.
During the warranty period, the following is allowed and is not a defect:
Depreciation of parts of the Goods (products), as well as its external and internal coating during operation.
Shrinkage or stretching of the materials (fabrics) of the Goods during operation and cleaning (washing) within the normal range.
Deviation of the characteristics of the Goods (product) from those specified in the documentation within the normal range.
