MONAMOON Boutique Rules

Since May 12, MONAMOON boutique has restarted work! Based on the recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Chief Sanitary Inspector of Ukraine, we have taken a number of anti-epidemic measures to ensure the safest visits to our boutique.

We are aware of our responsibility and are 100% ready for a new format of work:

The boutique is working in a closed regime. You can book the time of your visit and be alone with a consultant.

Employees and guests of the boutique undergo mandatory temperature screening. If the temperature exceeds 37.2 C, the employee is not allowed to work, and the employee will be asked to postpone the guest’s visit.

At the entrance to the boutique, you can use gloves, masks, and sanitizers. Visiting the boutique is allowed only in safety masks. The boutique staff also greets guests in safety masks, gloves, and will be using the sanitizers every 3 hours.

The premises are cleaned with disinfectants (at least 2 times a day) and will be regularly ventilated.

A safe distance of 1.5 meters is observed without physical contacts, or solely at the request and consent of the guest, so that helps with trying on designs.

After trying on, all clothes that have not been purchased are disinfected with steam and only after that, they return to the showroom.

We recommend contactless payment through POS-terminal and Apple Wallet.
