MOST USEFUL PRODUCTS DURING PREGNANCY
Folic acid
Known as folate, this is a B vitamin. You may already be taking a pill to prevent neural tube defects in your baby. Additionally, include leafy green vegetables in your diet — spinach, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, nuts, whole grain cereals, legumes and citrus fruits.
Calcium

Body mass index is calculated using the formula: BMI = m : (h × h)
